By purchasing and/or accessing any template from Aura XVII ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase, use, or access the templates.

License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template for one personal or business website owned and operated by you.

You may customize the template to fit your own brand, content, and style.
You may not share, distribute, duplicate, sublicense, sell, or resell the template (or any modified or derivative version of it) to any third party, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All design elements, page layouts, structure, and instructional materials provided within the templates remain the intellectual property of Aura XVII.

You do not have ownership or licensing rights to:

The stock photos, videos, or imagery included as placeholders within the template
The fonts used in the template (outside of standard Squarespace licensed fonts)
Any example brand elements (logos, graphics, color palettes) included for demonstration purposes

If you choose to use any photos, fonts, or brand assets shown within the demo template, you must purchase your own license where applicable or replace them with assets you own or have the rights to use.

Aura XVII is not responsible for any licensing disputes or copyright claims that arise from the unauthorized use of demo content.

Template Resale and Redistribution

You may not sell, share, gift, license, or redistribute the template, any portion of the template, or any derivative works based on the template to any other individual, entity, or platform, including but not limited to marketplaces, client projects, or collaborations.

Doing so is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate termination of your license without refund, and may result in further legal action.

Support Policy

Email support is included for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This includes assistance with setup questions, technical troubleshooting related to the template, and basic customization guidance.

If you require support beyond the initial 30-day period or need more in-depth customization help, you’ll need to purchase a separate support session or package. We’re happy to guide you toward the best next step based on your needs.

Please note: Support does not include custom coding, brand strategy, or personalized design services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access provided, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, what's included, and what is not included before purchasing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the high-touch and time-intensive nature of our work, refunds are not offered once a project has begun. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled intensive may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. No Guarantees While our goal is to help you succeed, we do not guarantee specific results such as increased revenue, social engagement, or conversions. Design is subjective and depends on many external factors.

6. Limitation of Liability Aura XVII is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

7. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to keep projects on schedule. Failure to do so may impact delivery timelines and project scope.

8. Ownership of Deliverables Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received. Aura XVII retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a signed NDA states otherwise.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
